I’m Palak — a Functional Nutrition and Women’s Wellness Coach driven by a deep belief that women deserve to understand their bodies, not fight against them. Years ago, I struggled through gut issues, acne, bloating, fatigue, and stress that made me feel like a stranger in my own skin. Instead of accepting that as my life, I turned toward science: functional nutrition, hormones, metabolism, and stress pathways.
Through rebuilding my own health from the root, I discovered how profoundly a woman’s life transforms when her body finally feels supported, not silenced.
