Ideal for ages 25–45 and suitable for working women, moms, and busy professionals. Program Structure: Week 1: Heal the Gut Remove inflammatory triggers (gluten, dairy, processed oils, sugar), strengthen digestion, track bloating and bowel movements, and identify root causes like low HCl, SIBO, or stress-related shutdown.
